i know for certain that conservation district are growing, an area we label as open space. scientist are beginning to inform us that industrialized nations are polluting developing/emerging nations. Can you believe that? the Koyto Protocol was being debated at 1995 women intenational forum... what's wrong? not aware yet? the same with health care... we as a developed nation know workers spend 30 40 years at jobs, health care to keep healthy workers at least should be a priority

Hi! I'm new to this page- and this wonderful organization. I just came from a meeting of the Alaska Coalition of Washington (I am a member of the Alaska Wilderness League) which is working hard right now ti ensure we continue to protect the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge- among other special places- from drilling. Is this group at all involved in this issue? It's a critical time, as this specific issue is being misrepresented politically due to an incorrect association of more drilling with lowering gas prices, and because there are expectations that it will be attached to other unrelated bills on at least a couple of occasions. I'd love to know more about specific activism the Eco Justice group is involved with- or encourage folks at a minimum to get involved, make calls to your congressmen and women and get your friends to do the same. We are really at a very critical point right now!
