Let's make sure the senate gets the message that 100% of GHG permits need to be auctioned; we can't repeat the European mistake and cave into special interests. It doesn't reduce emissions, it does make energy more expensive.
Great cause, very happy to be a part of it. I'm currently fundraising for the Comprehensive Clean Energy Jobs bill and am doing my best. We really need to get this thing through Congress!
In December world leaders will get together at the United Nations climate change conference in Copenhagen to decide how the world tackles climate change and global warming for decades to come. In the words of Oxfam's Campaigns Director, Thomas Schultz-Jagow, this conference is "the most important meeting mankind has ever had."
