AIDS Foundation of Chicago, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

In 2005, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) marks 20 years in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We are proud of our accomplishments in funding and coordinating local HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and advocacy projects and recognize that more needs to be done. We strive for the day when our work is no longer needed, but sadly the HIV crisis is growing while stigma and complacency persist. In the period ahead we will partner with communities most affected by the epidemic to expand and improve HIV/AIDS prevention and care services, and advocate for sound HIV/AIDS policy and law.

Hey my fwends! I realllllly neeed your help!!! Camp got canceled in Minnesota due to H1N1 Virus cases found at CAMP! so our campers got to hear the the bad news and didn't get to go to camp :( so now we're trying to raise enough money to send them to One Heartlands Session in Malibu..(which is the one i'm working at this summer!) I would really appreciate your help!!! We can't let the kiddo's down !!!!!
