My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2003 and died in 2004 from the disease. He was a wonderful father and husband.
hi everyone my names nikki i lost my great grandmother to alzheimers and in august of 2008 i lost my grandmother it was very hard and the strain and stress that was put on the family was a great deal that no words can really describe. this disease runs in my family. so i am greatful there is people out there who have a heart and care. with out people like us trying to make a difference where would this foundation be today.

Alzeheimer's is very common in my family my pawpaw had and I have 2 uncles that has just been diagnosed with it, and the rest of us have a great chance of developing it as we get older
