STUDENTS FOR SENSIBLE DRUG POLICY FOUNDATION Petition
141,104 signatures
As he prepares his new administration, Obama has the opportunity to appoint a "Drug Czar" who will shift drug policy toward a public health model and away from a criminal model. Please sign this petition and let our new president know that a change in drug policy is needed!
My ex husband had a very bad alcohol and drug problem he wanted to quit, he rieally did, I could not stand to see him destroying him self even though I loved him so I had to leave, He finally passed away to a drug over dose and I am still morning his loss, He had been to I dont know how many rehabs, in and out of prison but still he went back to using, I think alot of people that drink or use drugs are actually self medicating them selfs, they actually may have an under lying mental disorder, I have talked to alot of ex addicts and this has been found out to be true, I think people should look into this as a possibility, because I think in some cases, some people actually do want help, they just cant help them selfs and its sad
Im so tired of watching all the people that I grew up with (that i no longer see often) either disapear, go to rehab and relapse the day there out...watching the disease take em over. Im tired of going to funerals... and as sad as this is, knowing there will b more that ill have to attend. So thank you for this group, I hope it has an affect!

drug abuse is an illness. Why not take you downto the courts and send you to prison for parkinsons?!
At rustenburger.co.za are serious about tying to rid Rustenburg from
drug abuse. DrugFreeWorld publishes DVDs and Booklets that are available for free. We would like to get these booklets to each student at our local schools and supply the schools with DVDs to educate about drug abuse.
Rustenburger.co.za is not able to ...cover the costs for postage and packaging at this moment. We need a sponsor. If anyone can assist, please call Lionel at +2784 583 0403.
I'm turning 21 on September 9! This year I'm raising money to Help SSDP End the War on Drugs!

this shit is unconstitutional! for the first hundred and fifty years of the US's existence, our bodies were our own, and we were free to do what we shall. Ask yourself. why did it change? back when the prohibition of drugs began, there was no such thing as crack, noone knew about cocaine, and heroin was an over the counter drug. there were no threats. WE are responsible for ourselves and how we choose to perceive and alter(if possible) our reality. It's time we re-read the declaration of independence as a country, and follow the path of our founding fathers, some of the greatest revolutionaries that ever graced our dwindling period of existence. Knowledge is power, and it's free. Get informed.
