The Source Campaign

Cultural Development Corporation’s vision for Source is to revitalize the property, setting this rundown theatre in Washington, DC alight as a dynamic, professional facility for small to medium-sized area arts organizations and a true center for the arts community. The new Source will once again become the place to get plugged into the theatre scene and get a jumpstart on a performing arts career in Washington.

Once construction is complete in late spring 2008, Source resident companies and affiliated performing arts groups will have an affordable, accessible 150-seat black box theatre, plus a new rehearsal studio, classroom and office space.
