As some of you know, I am going to Northern Uganda in July, 2011. The foundation NUDF, is a grassroots, not-for-profit, development foundation. They work towards improving the standard of living for people in Northern Uganda. Their focus is on building wells so that people of Northern Uganda have access to clean drinking water; the do however, have many other projects to improve the lifestyle of the people. They do not give hand-outs to the people, rather hand-ups; the projects are developed in a sustainable way.
It is an amazing organization, all donations go directly to the people of Northern Uganda.
