Today was a busy day for our marathon team After another 2am start each ran a massive 30km-40km, stopped for a Guinness and beef pie at Bakehouse on Wentworth Blackheath, made a guest appearance on B Rock FM and managed to fit in a massage! After a 2am start our courageous runners finally made it to their destination. They pounded the pavement for 40km each plus a 25km stint from Wato (support crew) reaching Orange at 3.30pm this afternoon- that's a whopping 12km an hour! They have earned a well deserved rest!
