My cousin Eric was murdered by his brother in law, his wife stood closely by watching and "went into shock and started cleaning", later she would help him with this body and she would never ever call the police. She chose to run with the person who took the father of her two children from them and later store the body in their rented vehicle. I bring all of this up because it is now considered fact per the trial. What disturbs me is, How is that not an accessory? She helped. Maybe not strike him per court documents, however she never called police either. We will never know if that call would have made the difference between life and death because Eric was never given the chance.
Timothy Morgan was convicted of second-degree murder today 5/7/2012, his sister Eric's wife was not in court, having left town earlier.
While I am glad their is a verdict in this case, I am sickened to know that Eric's wife Kristi will never be charged with anything as she was the prosecutions main witness. I guess in Nevada the rules are different.
R I P Eric, we will keep fighting for you and your kids.
