Promote Purity & Chastity through running...running is not my favorite...but Purity & Chastity is WORTH IT!

As you may know for the past 6 years I have been a national speaker on Purity & Chastity with The Goretti Group, a non-profit organization that encourages people to embrace and promote the virtue of chastity. The Goretti Group helps people experience the joy of purity through seminars, retreats and community involvement. In my 6 years I have spoken to thousands of teens and adults from sea to shining sea. I’ve spoken in Washington D.C., Washington State, up and down the coast of California, Alabama, and soon I’ll be heading to New York City. In my travels I have had an opportunity to share the truth and beauty of our true sexuality. It has been a struggle and absolute pleasure to speak to each and every soul I’ve come in contact with over the past 6 years. Recently I was speaking at a group and one of the girls had heard me months prior. When the talk was over the girl who is a sophomore in high school, ran up to me to tell me how my talk months earlier really touched her and how she was now striving to live a chaste life. I can’t tell you how inspired I was by this beautiful young lady to keep doing what I love to do. The Goretti Group has also asked me to put together a weekend core team training guide. I will be presenting this in late June. After that I will be participating in a program called Team Race for the Chaste. I will be joining them at America’s Finest City Race on August 15, 2010 to run the 5K to share the good news about God’s plan for love and human sexuality with a world that is desperate to hear it.

I will run, wearing a shirt that promotes chastity and praying for those I run with and our world to embrace the message of pure love. I am also offering the sacrifice of my physical training for the race to join with the Cross of Christ the intention of healing, holiness, femininity, as well as the holiness, masculinity and healing of my future spouse, and for an increase in the awareness of purity and chastity in our world and I would love to offer up any intentions you may have – please email me with your intentions or include them on your prayer/financial sponsorship card.

On top of all these wonderful things, I am currently working on putting together a Catholic Rock Concert called IGNITE. This concert is meant to inspire and ignite a fire within the Catholic youth and young adult communities. It will be open to all. I am very very excited about this. We will have Mass, Adoration, speakers telling us the awesomeness of being Catholic, why Reconciliation is amazing, why we going to Mass is so incredible and why living a chaste life is the bomb and up to 5 incredible bands, who will share their amazing musical gifts. It is going to be an all day event and absolutely God Willing an incredible ignition of a Catholic wildfire! It is meant to inspire & ignite a deeper faith, understanding and love for our Catholic faith. The tentative date is May 28, 2011, the venue is TBD.

I am asking you to consider sponsoring me through prayer and/or financially. The support I raise will help to cover my attendance at the Race for the Chaste, as well as fuel The Goretti Group and the IGNITE Concert to expand their outreaches.

My goal is to raise $1000 and 100 prayer warriors to support The Goretti Group & IGNITE in its ministry to share the joy of purity with thousands and to make for a happier, healthier and holier society. Please join with me!
