This past summer, I along with four other Nourish International Austin Chapter students went to Guatemala to help a group of women develop a sustainable business selling shampoos and disinfectant products.

This micro-finance project aimed to provide for better than sustenance living for the women. After three months we have seen a drastic increase in sales of products, improvement in the manufacturing process and in turn the livelihood of the women.
