I hear about the orphans of Haiti and remember that was a childhood dream that I would run an orphanage with 100 kids in it. So i just thought that since my birthday was coming up I'd send a donation on behalf of my son who will only be 29 on my birthday !
For all my CC(DoC) friends, if you haven't yet joined the Week of Compassion Cause, be sure to do so. And, if you haven't made your donation yet, this is a great time. The needs are always there, but with Haiti, we all know the need has increased tremendously.
