The Charity was set up by Josie before she died in 2007 aged 16.
Josie's Dragonfly provides a Cash Gift to children and young people who have been told their cancer treatment is no longer considered curable.
The money is theirs to spent on anything they like... family outings, gifts or something they always wanted.
This makes a real & positive difference at a time when they are so dependent on hospitals and family at such a tragic point in their lives.
We had given 150 Cash Gifts of 500 pounds to young people when we started this cause. At the start of 2011 we have goven 232! We are getting more & more requests and desperately need regular supporters to help us continue.
We also Provide regular boxes full of Arts & Crafts to all the UK Children's Cancer Specialist Hospitals to help children cope with long and often painful treatment in hospital.
