All of these kids should recieve the best that can be given to assure them a wodnerful quality of life. They did not choose to be this way. It just happens. They are innocent children with emotions, personalities of their own, and rights and those rights should never be compromised. Again, this was not a choice by the child or a prolonged abuse by bad habits that made them this way. Just a fact of life that can happen to any family.
