About Support Haiti Radiology Relief Fund

The Fund was created to help supply health care facilities on the ground in Haiti with necessary radiological support, both for immediate relief assistance and long term rebuilding efforts.

The Fund was created to help supply health care facilities on the ground in Haiti with necessary radiological support, both for immediate relief assistance and long term rebuilding efforts.

The recent devastation from the earthquake in Haiti has crippled multiple hospitals and clinics. While radiology equipment, trained personnel, teaching materials and supplies were already very limited at the time of the earthquake, much of what was there has been destroyed. Radiology is a critical part of medical care and we hope that this fund will provide needed assistance (including but not limited to radiology equipment, medical supplies, training and educational materials and volunteers) to Haiti. For FAQs about donating visit http://bit.ly/ACRF-HaitiFAQ

1. The earthquake that struck Haiti damaged many healthcare facilities and medical equipment in the Port-au-Prince area.

3. There are both immediate and longer term needs for diagnostic imaging equipment, supplies, educational materials and volunteerism in Haiti.

4. All donated funds will go directly to assisting in the restoration of radiological care to patients.
