AID Seattle in partnership with Udyogini, a grassroots NGO, to initiate venture to promote women silk yarn reelers as entrepreneurs to form and manage their own company and to link their male counterpart-traditional handloom weavers of Nawada, Bihar with up market high paying customers and exporters- through Udyogini’s Business Development Services. The project involves growth of the enterprise in various stages starting from establishing production units to establishing a independent brand.
