CHRYSALIS - Changing Lives Through Jobs

Chrysalis offers clients a hand up not a hand out by building upon a client's strengths and helping to reduce or eliminate any barriers to employment. We currently help more than 3,000 individuals each year change their lives through jobs. Visit ChangeLives.org

1. Since 1984, we have helped over 38,000 individuals change their lives through jobs.

2. We help over 3,000 individuals each year at our centers in Los Angeles County located where poverty is most pervasive: downtown LA (Skid Row), Santa Monica & the San Fernando Valley (Pacoima).

3. 90% of funds raised go directly to client services and programs.

4. The average cost of our program is $2,000 per client - a fraction of the cost of similar government-sponsored employment programs.
