I was stationed at Lyneham myself in the 1970's and know the close bond Royal Wotton basset has had with its Military nieghbours. It was a huge sence of pride and gratitude that I saw the people of this town freely give their time to meet every fallen hero return to the UK. I am very lucky to still be living in the area.
