if youre trying to find a drive near you, i suggest going to the american red cross website. it's what i did. then i walked up to the blood donation site and just said i want to donate blood. they were really friendly and gave me cookies :D

The approximate distribution of blood types in the US population is as follows. Distribution may be different for specific racial and ethnic groups:
O Rh-positive--- 38 percent
O Rh-negative--- 7 percent
A Rh-positive--- 34 percent
A Rh-negative--- 6 percent
B Rh-positive--- 9 percent
B Rh-negative--- 2 percent
AB Rh-positive--- 3 percent
AB Rh-negative--- 1 percent
In an emergency, anyone can receive type O red blood cells, and type AB individuals can receive red blood cells of any ABO type. Therefore, people with type O blood are known as “universal donors,” and those with type AB blood are known as “universal recipients.” In addition, AB plasma donors can give to all blood types.

Anyone know if drives for all Warped dates are guaranteed? My date (DC) as well as a few others are still driveless. I would love to give, especially if it means a VIP pass, but if there won't be a date for the DC date I'm due to give blood at my regular local place anyway.
I really want to help out and donate blood, but I can't find any blood drives near me. The website isn't letting me get to the page. I live on Long Island, NY. If anyone knows of any blood drives, message me and let me know please? Thanks!

This is a just cause , alot of muscians do not have insurance or retirement plans . There are alot that make the music you listen to possible .
