Many Europeans and people around the world have a wrong idea about Bosnia & Herzegovina. A number of them believe that there is still a war going on here and that Bosnia is a dangerous country to live in. The war has ended in 1995, and now Bosnia is a peaceful country. [Some people think that there are terrorist organizations in Bosnia, but they are mistaken.] Our country possesses magnificent nature: rivers, canyons, mountains, seaside, and above all- kind and hospitable people. It is a multicultural and cosmopolitan country with a long history. The capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sarajevo, is in its culture and architecture a unique mix of East and West.
