ISOC Vigil for Children Killed by Those Who Should Care for Them

For the past 7 years near Valentine's Day IN SUPPORT OF CHILDREN has held a Vigil to remember and honor children killed by abuse. Building community, supporting each other and showing we are not alone in raising our voices to prevent other children from being harmed.
