It is time to tap fully the power and creativity of the American people as our nation works to build a better future. Americans--from the young Millennials to the retiring Boomers--are eager to serve their communities and country, and we need to create targeted, meaningful, cost-effective service opportunities for every American that wants to serve. Congress can do that by passing far-reaching service legislation that is moving forward in the House and Senate.
