Drug Policy Alliance

Your donation goes to support the core mission of:
Drug Policy Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

The Drug Policy Alliance works to broaden the public debate on drug policy and to promote realistic alternatives to the war on drugs. We envision a just society in which the use and regulation of drugs are grounded in science, compassion, health and human rights, and in which the fears, prejudices and punitive prohibitions of today are no more.

The guiding principle of the Drug Policy Alliance is harm reduction, an alternative approach to drug policy and treatment that focuses on minimizing the adverse effects of both drug use and drug policies themselves. We are deeply involved in educating the public, policymakers and the press about issues ranging from marijuana regulation and youth drug education to illicit drug addiction, the spread of infectious diseases, policing drug markets, and alternatives to incarceration.

LEGALIZATION OF ALL DRUGS SAVES LIVES, MONEY, SOCIETY, COUNTRIES AND DEMOCRACY AROUND THE GLOBE. The war on drugs is not winnable. The Public Health Office must control drug quality and prices. Consumers must register and show their card ids at drugstores. Attendance to treatment and prevention sessions grants bonuses for food, education and other expenses. Phamaceutical Labs must work hard to reduce the drug harmful effects. Let's apply intelligence instead of pulling the trigger. Visit and join DRUG LEGALIZATION - AN UNIVERSAL NEED at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid...

I'd much prefer my heroin be distrubuted by a pharmacist than a gangster.
