Today is the World Environment Day and here is what you should do today

1. Switch off appliances when not in use and for today switch off as much as you can.
2. Maximize the use of Natural Light and have a candle light dinner tonight
3. Use public transport instead of driving your own car or bike
4. If purchasing a new vehicle try making it eco-friendly like Hybrid or the CNG
5. Use vital resources like Water and Electricity economically and preserve as much as you can
6. Harvest and Conserve Rain water, Use Rain water for watering your plants
7. Switch to CFL
8. REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE
9. Switch off lights, PC, Laptops, AC and other things possible
10. Plant a Tree today or at least water your plants

If you follow all of these steps for 1 day and some of them for the rest of your life, you will save enough electricity for your children to enjoy their lives and this will also help you in future.
