I am happy to announce that the Fifth Summit of the Americas being hosted in Trinidad & Tobago in April 2009 will be highlighting the global phenomenon of Human Trafficking.
This confirmation has come from the Senior Coordinator, National Secretariat for the Fifth Summit of the Americas and Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2009 Office of the Prime Minister, Level 14, IFC Building C, 1A Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago who has also extended an invitation for me to be a presenter with regards to this issue. (pending review of my Bio)
As part of my presentation, I intend to highlight this cause as well as other similar cases of missing persons. I wish to remind you that one of the more prominent persons attending this summit is US President Barack Obama.
I urge you to post your comments to show your support that the issue of Human Trafficking needs more serious attention. Researchers, please provide data and statistics so that I can build a stronger case in my presentation.
