Destination: Home, overseen by the city-county Commission on Homelessness, is working to prevent homelessness and house those who are currently homeless in our community, as well as influence changes in the service delivery system for long-term solutions.
1. PLAN - Work together to use data in assessing the factors that lead to homelessness
2. CLOSE the Front Door through Prevention
3. OPEN the Back Door to leave homelessness through "Housing First"
4. BUILD the Infrastructure: Housing that's affordable to all, raising Incomes, coordinated Services, raising Awareness
