A 501(c)(3) non-profit online museum - we have to fight to stay afloat among the big boys - so why not help out "The People's TV Museum", featuring Chicago TV history made by home video recording pioneers - which might just be you!
1. Off-air television broadcasts (especially those from Chicago) should be respected and treated as historical documents - and preserved digitally.
2. Off-air videotape recordings could be considered the "true" history of Chicago TV - after all, it's what aired!
3. An online museum, namely ours at http://www.FuzzyMemories.TV is just as much of a museum as a brick-and-mortar establishment.
4. (Actually, since this is TV history we're talking about here, perhaps an online museum is *more* appropriate than an actual building - think about it)
5. There is room in this great city for more than one TV Museum. (Support the MBC as well!) (Even though they don't support us) :-(
