Yellow is the colour for press freedom, now electoral reforms and democratization in Malaysia!
Why electoral reforms? The flawed electoral system has resulted in an electoral one-party state since 1955. In 2004, 1 vote for the ruling coalition BN = 3 votes for (opposition) DAP = 8 votes for PAS = 26 votes for Keadilan! The result is unresponsive and irresponsible politics - corruptions, crimes, "correct-correct-correct" (the latest scandal at http://apps.facebook.com/causes/view_...
What can you do? Wear yellow hat, tie, ribbon, armband, shirt, pants, shoes, socks, etc. Do it anytime anywhere. Change your facebook profile picture to a yellow box (it will show powerfully on the entourage). Tell anyone who asks you why.
Why should you help? The cause is yet to be won. The state may opt for further crackdown. You can stop Malaysia descending into another Pakistan or Burma.
Please support this Yellow Wave of Reform for Malaysia as you have done for the Saffron Revolution for Burma.
