The HVSPCA is happy to announce its 2nd annual 50/50 Raffle. Tickets are $10.00 each and 3 for $25.00. They are available at the shelter during adoption hours 1- 4:30pm daily, are being sold by individual volunteers, and on www.hvspca.org. The jackpot is already up to $2000!
