The Transition from Military Life to Civilian Life

Different situations require different
needs for our Veterans.
Americas Heart intends to raise the much
needed Funds to Assist Our U.S. Veterans
overcome this difficult Transition.
One Veteran may need financial assistance
for every day needs for themselves
as well as their Families,while another
Veteran may need assistance securing
employment.
Some of the problems that they may
incur is needing assistance in Housing.
There are many difficulties that our
U.S. Military is facing
besides being Injured and Wounded .
They are facing problems in their everyday Lives.
Americas Heart intends to put on a Major Concert
to benefit our Veterans and their Families.
We want you to know that our U.S. troops
need our help,support and love.
Our goal is to educate the public
and encourage you to open your heart.
