Abolition of Non Japanese fingerprinting program

Petition to abolish the reestablishment of fingerprinting for all foreigners entering Japan - including residents - as introduced by the revised Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act to take effect from November 20th, 2007 in Japan.
