Horses Without Carriages International is a coalition of many diverse organizations and individuals throughout the world with the common goal of exposing the injustice, cruelty and inhumanity in the carriage horse trade. Members include organizations and individuals in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York City, Philadelphia, St. Augustine, Victoria-British Columbia, Dublin, Vienna, Rome, Florence, Belgrade and Tel Aviv.
