CANTER helps racehorses find new careers by connecting byers and sellers through posting racehorses for sale on the internet. We also run an adoption program where we provide full care, rehabilitation and retraining to Thoroughbreds from all California Racetracks. Our goal is to provide safe retirement for Thoroughbreds and to provide resources to trainers and owners to decrease the number of racehorses ending up at auctions and slaughter.
