Everybody knows somebody with breast cancer. This would be a terrific way to help others out who are struggling.
This foundation honors the memory of one of my closest and dearest friends' sister, Tammy Martin. I think it is definately a worthwile cause and hope you will donate some to this. I am so proud of Teresa Black and her family for starting this foundation and returning to the community of families that will benefit from any donations received.

I wanted to let everyone know that our funds were severely depleted in order to cover 100% of the expenses for the Rizzuto Family's trip to New Orleans. We paid for the airfare, rental car, food, entertainment, and even a little spending money so they could buy souvenirs. They return home Sunday, and we will be anxious to get a second family nominated and ready to travel soon. To do that, we have to build the bank account back up! If you could skip a complicated coffee beverage or your favorite after work refreshment this week, we could use the help (and the cash!) tammy martin was my aunt. she dies of cancer on may 13th, 2008. my family then came up with a foundation called trips, dreams, and memories in my aunts memory. they raise money and send families with a terminally ill parent on a vacation before the parent passes. you can go to www.tripsdreamsmemories.org to make a donation or learn more about tammys story or the foundation. thank you :)
