This holiday season, Operation Smile hopes to give 1,000 children in 14 countries the one thing they've been waiting for - the chance to smile.

For nearly 30 years, Operation Smile has provided over 200,000 free surgeries for children born with facial deformities like Albert from Brazil pictured below. 

To achieve our goal of providing 1,000 more life-changing surgeries for children in need, our corporate partner, Hasbro, has given a generous gift of $250,000 and has challenged friends and supporters to match their gift.
