To find homeless companion animals permanent homes, saving one life at a time.
Overpopulation is a devastating problem for companion animals in this country and worldwide. The Humane Society of the United States estimates that every year, between six to eight million animals enter animal shelters, and every year three to four million animals that enter shelters are euthanized. The majority of these animals that die due to pet overpopulation, would have made wonderful companions, if only given the chance.
The problem with pet overpopulation is a real problem right here in Minnesota. Twin Cities Pet Rescue was formed to give deserving animals a permanent home; saving one life at a time.
Twin Cities Pet Rescue is a Minnesota nonprofit, foster-based rescue organization. Animals that are rescued by Twin Cities Pet Rescue are placed in foster homes until they find their permanent home. We are only able to rescue as many animals as we have foster homes for. If you are interested in giving a deserving companion animal a second chance, start fostering today!
