Patients Out of Time is a patient advocacy organization; we therefore have a universal constituency. We support the rights of patients to have a legal and safe access to the therapeutic use of cannabis.
The mission of our organization, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, is the education of health care professionals and the public about the therapeutic use of cannabis. Our leadership is composed of medical and nursing professionals with expertise in the clinical applications of cannabis and four patients who receive their medical cannabis from the US government.
