1. Eliminate housing discrimination
2. Lower mortgage default rates
3. Lower concentrations of poverty
4. Reduce segregated housing patterns
5. Increase availability of affordable housing
6. Increase homeownership rates
7. Eliminate racial/ethnic disparities in homeownership rates
2. Expanding housing opportunities to help individuals gain the knowledge and financial skills they need to become successful homeowners and tenants.
3. Protecting the housing choices of all people from external barriers and limitations through housing discrimination investigations & counseling.
4. Creating change in the housing systems that drive economic, educational and social opportunities through policy.
