Audubon Important Bird Areas Program

As the United States Partner of BirdLife International, the National Audubon Society administers the Important Bird Areas Program in the United States. Across the country over 2,500 Important Bird Areas have been identified encompassing over 370 million acres, with conservation activities and projects implemented at many of these sites.
