We assist Palestinian refugees in the pursuit of their basic human rights by increasing their access to education, and by raising public awareness in Canada about their struggle.

CEPAL is a registered charitable organization founded in 1996 by individuals who share a deep commitment to the respect of human dignity and the rights of all people.

1. CEPAL’s program sends volunteers to work and live in the refugee camps of Lebanon.

2. CEPAL works in partnership with local Palestinian NGOs in the camps, and volunteers coordinate their summer school programs.

3. CEPAL is run entirely by volunteers with no paid salaries. We have limited administrative costs which allows us to fundraise directly for our program.
