To rescue animals from euthanasia at local shelters and place them for adoption.

We are a non-profit, no-kill rescue for companion animals that strives to provide the best possible outcome for homeless animals facing certain death in local shelters by rescuing as many animals as possible and finding the best homes possible.

1. HHR strives to end euthanasia in our local shelters through a high volume of rescues and adoptions.

2. HHR pairs people and pets with complimentary lifestyles and needs and educates owners on veterinary and behavioral care for long, happy lives.

3. All HHR animals are sterilzed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, current on flea & heart worm prevention, and are tested for Felv+FIV or heart worms
