The BAY-Peace Youth Manifesto is a poetic statement made by youth addressing problems with the policies in our school districts that allow recruiters to have access to student information which is used to recruit youth to a fight in a war. We want to take the Youth Manifesto to the school board as a petition with 2,000 signatures to change those school policies and provide opportunities for leadership programs and limit recruiter access.
