If you're reading this you got my invite. So please join.I admit that I ignored the FB function Causes and all of the invites myself at one point. Some may even have that feature blocked. Just remember that these are real issues that do effect us all. Lately many of the various links,videos, and posts floating around are there to bring us back to some of the harsh realities of life. Maybe you aren't on facebook to be bombarded with notification after notification. I speak for myself in saying facebook is an escape, avoidance, and ultimately a huge distract from everything important in life. We can only ignore things for so long though.

March 2008, Good Friday, I was diagnosed with ESS, Uterine Cancer. Thanks to the amazing doctors at the University of Chicago, I'll be cancer-FREE 2yrs in March. Every night I thank God for keeping me here one more day. Please have annual check-ups...they could save YOUR life!
