Does anyone know when the 30 fields will be announced? Go Burns-Mark Whitaker Memorial Park!! We are in desperate need of a face lift.
I understand that voting was just "part" of the grade... apparently the other part is the reasoning/letter submitted for said fields?? Any truth to this??
Voting ended on 5/31/09, I know I voted EVERYDAY for WEST BLOUNT PARK! I Pray we are within the top 30! We sure need it and our Youth deserve it!

Once the 30 finalist have been announced we have to go vote.
This would be HUGE in helping with our efforts in trying to raise funds to get our football field and track done or redone - so we can actually host home track events again and have a safe place for our track kids to practice. This would make such an impact on our small community - I don't even think we understand how much.
Hugo's stadium and field is much below standards. It is very old and outdated. The track is made of dirt and is very rocky; no track meets can even be held in Hugo due to these problems. The "bleachers" are made of concrete and are pretty dangerous. Bathrooms are horrible. VOTE FOR HUGO.
