About Community of Hope

Improving health and quality of life for low-income, homeless, and underserved families and individuals in the District of Columbia by providing health care and housing with supportive services.

1. Community of Hope is a 501(c)3 organization in Washington, DC that has been helping low income and homeless adults and children since 1980.

2. We provide transitional housing with supportive services for 30 families at a time at two different locations.

3. Through our permanent housing program, “Home Now,” up to 55 families receive long-term housing with supportive services.

4. Our Health Services provides medical, dental, and mental health services along with individualized HIV/AIDS care for low-income individuals.
