The African American Planning Commission, Inc. (AAPCI), is a New York City-based 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization committed to addressing issues of that often lead to homelessness such as: domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, housing shortage, and unemployment, within the communities in which we live and serve.
AAPCI empowers individuals with the tools to prevent and end homelessness, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS and unemployment. With your help, our organization can raise both the funds and the political will to support those in desperate need.

1. Every member of society, including people living with HIV/AIDS have a right to basic economic and social entitlements including safe, decent, housing.
2. Encouraging and educating others, especially families and children, to raise money for African American Planning Commission and its causes.
3. To fund both supportive programs for those living with HIV/AIDS, and projects aimed toward improving the quality of life.
