Gilbert’s family is being deported soon, take a second to do the following things:

1. Call Senator Feinstein’s DC office at 202-334-3841 and leave a message urging her to introduce a private bill for the family.

2. Call Senator Feinstein’s local office at (415) 393-0707

“Hi, I was calling to ask that the Senator introduce a private bill for the Mejia-Perez family. They are a mixed-status family, composed of a DREAM Act student, two US Citizen children, and hard working, undocumented parents, who left their home country out of fear for their lives. They contribute to their community in every way possible and California is their home.”

It is VERY important that we get calls right now, we have a vigil being hosted outside of Feinstein’s office, the more calls we put in the more likely she will act.

Your call right now will make a world of difference for this family!

One of my dearest friends is a total badass. He is an honor student, an officer in five student organizations, a soccer player, and volunteers with the boys and girls club. He needs your help. He exemplified what it is to be an American living the dream. Yet, he can't get citizenship because someone somewhere thinks that immigrants are taking away jobs. I have news for you... people like this CREATE jobs when they follow their entrepreneurial spirit. They CREATE opportunity by achieving excellence, and they ARE the people we should be jumping for joy at offering citizenship. It's time to resolve this issue!
