Here's what we'll do: at 11:00 am, Jan 15 (or during your lunch hour if need be) we will all phone our members of Congress to ask that they include the arts in their stimulus plan-- 1% for the arts.

The proposal has been presented to Nancy Pelosi, and was brought forth by the Progressive Caucus. At this point, emails and phone calls to Congress would be helpful. Let your legislators know about the petition and your support of it. And help us spread the word regarding the petition and the campaign for 1%. Thanks!
