SSD Fire invites you to Susquehanna Service Dogs' annual Black Tie & Tails. Bring your dog and join Fire at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel on October 30 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Black Tie & Tails is a unique opportunity for you to enjoy an elegant and fun evening with your dog. The evening includes a reception, live music, dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions.

This is a black tie affair, but SSD Fire would like you to know that this year, you and your dog can come in costume!

Black Tie & Tails benefits Susquehanna Service Dogs. With your support, we are able to specially train service dogs to assist people to become more independent. With the assistance of her service dog, a woman who wasn't able to walk to her mailbox got her mail by herself for the first time in years. A child who had difficulty interacting with other children at school now has lots of friends and is starring in school plays. A mother who rarely slept through the night because she feared her child with autism would wander out of the house now sleeps soundly knowing that her child's service dog will alert her.
