Great job everyone! We have 30 recipes collected. My goal is 200. We can do it! Keep them coming. This is going to be an awesome cookbook. A collection of everyone's favorites! We are going to be doing a new fundraiser for Walk 5k For Caitlin through Morris Press Cookbooks. Basically, I am going to be gathering recipes from everyone who would like to share. They will be submitted to a publishing company and made into our own Walk 5k For Caitlin Cookbook! Now depending on how many recipes we collect and how many we decide to purchase from the publisher, roughly they will cost us $2.80 - $3 per book. The suggested retail price is $7.50-8.50
So the difference will be our profit for Walk 5k For Caitlin, about $5/cookbook.
I spoke with Joel and we would like to have these ready to sell at the walk this June. Which means we have about a month to collect recipes to allow for publishing time. I would like to have them by April 1st. The sooner the better
Now here is the fun part. I need your best loved recipes!!! We will need recipes from each of these categories; appetizers & beverages, soups & salads, vegetables & side dishes, breads & rolls, desserts, cookies & candy, this & that. I have a recipe collection sheet that you can print out and pass around to family, friends, co-workers etc. I'm not sure how to get it onto facebook. If you send me an email at cassandra.hardy@yahoo.com I will gladly email you the attachment! There are three ways you can submit your recipes.

2. You can submit them to myself or Joel by email
